OVERVIEW

CMAK Technologies was awarded the design and construction of CCTV solution for the Red Hill Waste Management Facility site for Eastern Metropolitan Regional Council (EMRC).

This involved upgrading the entire site from Analogue to Digital also, supplying 8 mobile CCTV towers with 4G link back to the main server.

Scope

The extensive works have involved the installation of:

• 16 Cameras over 8 mobile towers
• 8 mobile workstations
• 2 wireless links
• 6 fixed cameras across the site, and
• Ongoing maintenance for 2 year

Project Challenges

Works were carried out during operational hours, and some underground infrastructure was full and difficult to run new cables, allot of obstructions for wireless links.

How we managed this

Carried out several pre-inspections and testing prior to deployment to the site. Ensured all works were fully feasible before commencing.
