OVERVIEW

CMAK Technologies was awarded The Hillary’s Boat Harbour stage 2 project to design and construct CCTV Solutions for key locations at the Hillary’s Boat Harbour. The key locations are the Car Park and Main Harbour.

Scope

The extensive works have involved the installation of:


  • Four (4) CCTV poles
  • Ten (10) cameras and,
  • Fibre optic and underground CAT cabling


Project Challenges

Minor challenges were met while works progressed onsite. These included works being conducted during the busy season of school holidays which generated additional visitors to the area. Therefore, we had to ensure public safety was managed correctly and ensure any disruptions while minimal did not cause an inconvenience to the visitors to the harbor.


How we managed this

It was imperative that we worked closely with the client and ensured that we were transparent and communicated any issues and solutions with them throughout the entirety of the project. CMAK also kept close management with the sub-contractors to ensure the standard of workmanship, safety, and other aspects were exceeding expectations.
