Project Challenges

New site Infrastructure: Coordinating the installation of CCTV and access control in a site with brand-new infrastructure may pose integration challenges.

Occupied Accommodation Facilities: Installing access control in occupied accommodation on a mine site requires careful planning to minimise disruptions to residents. Defining functional requirements and policies for a new operation can be very challenging.

How we managed this

Detailed Planning: Conduct a comprehensive site assessment and collaborate closely with construction teams for seamless integration.

Phased Installation: Implement access control in accommodation facilities gradually, using a phased approach to minimise inconvenience to occupants and maintain security.

Continuous interaction with operational staff to define and implement solutions that address paint points.
